Hurricane Katrina

August 29th, 2005 was the fateful date that Hurricane Katrina marked our World with her Life-altering and Life-Ending devastations.
We will never forget this, rated the second worst disaster of our time.

 

The Survivors of One of The Worst Disasters in History, suffer not only physical scars, but debilitating emotional scars as they live in a state of never ending fear and panic.  
Before Katrina the community had over 120 Psychiatrists, Psychologists and other Mental Health Care Workers.  Now after this devastation it has sadly diminished to approximately 22 of these Mental Health Care Specialists.
